I was at Knitting Central last week and I picked up another addition to my knitting toolkit.
These are the Lantern Moon cable needles. They're fantastic. I love the little carrying case, too.
Do you have a favorite cable needle?

I don't use cable needles, but I am coveting those something chronic! I do not need them, so I shall not buy. Maybe something else nice from Lantern Moon instead, to soothe my desire! ~x~

I like the Brittany set as well, though Knitpicks has a nice set made out of the same wood as the Harmony needles. The KP set has those little carved ridges like the Lantern Moon so it doesn't fall out of your knitting.

I haven't tried cables as of yet, but I may try soon just to purchase that set and that case! Beautiful!

I use a crochet hook. I started using the crochet hook when working on the many pairs of Fetching I made this past fall.
Your set is cute, especially the little bag!!

I use those broken bamboo needles that I accidently step on. I just sand down the broken side. Those are my fav.
