Tomorrow's my birthday and I'm spending it with my Scouting friends. So BF and the boys celebrated my birthday earlier this week with a wonderful dinner and my favorite cake - a Brazilian Bolo Prestigio which is a chocolate cake with a gooey coconut filling and covered in a gooey chocolate Brazilian fudge frosting. It was a huge hit. I don't make this cake often, but let me just say, it didn't last more than 24 hours in our house. Maybe that's why I don't make it often.
It sure was delicious! Thanks guys for making my birthday so special.
Happy Happy! Somehow it doesn't surprise me that our birthdays are so close together! We're nearly birthday twins!
