I just got home from a wonderful week at Camp Sequassen. We couldn't have asked for better weather. It wasn't too hot, it wasn't too cold. It barely rained. It wasn't too buggy. We had lots, and lots, and lots of fun. I took mostly the younger Scouts as the older Scouts have some other exciting activities going on this year. It was wonderful to watch these younger boys with such high energy levels, enthusiasm, and dedication and determination at learning new skills.
Now I'm back home, showered and partially rested. There is still a great deal of work to finalize (informing each Scout of the merit badges he completed and what needs to be done to finish up the partials), updating my files and making copies of everything. The boys worked on 58 merit badges during the course of the week. Isn't that great?
Now I have about two weeks off before my next big adventure. It should be a very good thing.

FUN! We leave for Camp Wilderness in a couple of weeks! I loved your quilt too!

58 different merit badges? Wow. That's a lot to manage. Glad you are back!
