It's Friday and I took a break from the Faery Ring to finish an object in my queue.
For all of those who take self-portraits in the mirror, I am in awe of you. I found it very challenging.
I laughed my head off!
... and tried again.
Focus, focus
OK - that's about as good as it gets. This is much more difficult than it looks.
But the good news is that I have correctly knit Odessa this time (patient counting was the secret to staying on track!) and it's ready to go to my friend to warm her during her chemo treatments.
Be well!

That's a really pretty hat. The color and style work together really well.

Beautiful hat and good karma in it too. :-)

It looks good on you. You should make yourself one now!

Your knitting of Odessa reminds me of the time I knitted chemo hats for Victoria, a classmate in HS and a long-time friend who lost her battle with lung cancer. I commend you for your compassion in supporting such ones inflicted with serious illnesses. Keep up the good work. :)

It is tough to do those self portraits. At least digital cameras make it easier to discard the poor shots!

It is lovely - you are a good friend to make such a lovely hat and so patiently after seeing you rip out quite a bit of it.

I love it and I know that Julia will too!
