There has been many a year I haved wrapped an unfinished knitted gift on the needles with an IOU. I just sewed the buttons on the granddaughters sweaters - now to block and hope they dry by Christmas Eve.

Dont sweat it Jennifer! Enjoy the holidays. The knitting will get done, maybe the week after. It is FUN to get a late gift too I think! Extend the season a bit! I did not take on any gift knits this month. The only gift knits have been knitted during the year and saved for now. Some socks, some fingerless. :) I am bringing the socks to a dear friend who has no idea, when she gets home from work tonight! FUN FUN

Really want to start a sampler afghan...what pattern would you recommend? I have looked at several and just am not impressed.

There just comes a time that we know it's not happening. Remember their are 12 days of Christmas starting on the 25th. So you still have time!

Rebecca

If refreshing frequently works for you, let me know and I'll try it!
