I know my knitting has been quite sporadic these past few months. The good news is that I finally have a finished object to share with you. I've been diligently working, albeit very slowly, on a pair of socks for a friend. This week, I finally finished them and I can't tell you how thrilled I am.
I lost the yarn label... so I can't tell you which yarn I used. But the pattern is Charlene Schurch's Garter Rib Socks. I also must confess to using a size US 0 needle. What was I thinking?
These socks have been on the needles for four months and are intended as a gift. I hope she likes them! I think they'll be perfect camping/sleeping socks.
So there you have it. After all these pictures of my Scouting adventures this summer, you are finally rewarded with actual knitting content. Whew. Will wonders never cease?
