3759 Hours Until Christmas!

My sister sent me this link for Holiday Grand Plan yesterday.  At first I thought it was insane.  It put too much pressure on building up for the holidays.  Then I read it.  It's more of a how to always keep your house clean and organized while incidentally preparing and planning for the holidays.  It's a pretty good plan. It asks you to focus on one area of your house each week for a thorough cleaning.  It also gives tips on when to make lists, when to shop, etc.  It has many lists to help you prepare for each week. If I Only Had Time

I would knit this lovely new creation I saw in the Summer 2006 edition of Interweave Knits from the Morehouse Farm - called the Gorgonian Shawl. 

 

It's one of the Morehouse Farm's new spring creations and I have several fancy events to go to over the next few months.  I think this shawl would be lovely and elegant for both events.  But, since I'm knitting at a snail's pace of late, I guess I won't be able to knit it any time soon.  Still, I'm torn.  What color do you think I should make - off white or black?
