1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon butter
4 tablespoons Nesquik or other chocolate powder
In a heavy saucepan, stir the sweetened condensed milk, Nesquik, butter and honey. Stir over medium heat with a wooden spoon, stirring constantly so as not to burn for approximately 15 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly and pulls away from the sides and bottom as you stir. Remove from heat. Pour over baked and cooled chocolate cake. Often times I simply use a Devil's Food cake mix when I don't have the time or energy to bake one from scratch. Spread the topping over the cake and immediately cover with the chocolate sprinkles.
