1/4 - 1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 cup Mazola oil
1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1-2 teaspoons Adolph's meat tenderizer
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
London Broil (about 2" thick)
Pierce a 2-inch London Broil several times on each side with a fork. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour marinade over meat and soak for 3 hours, turning frequently. Grill meat over medium heat for 15 minutes each side. Slice diagonally in very thin slices. Meat will be red when sliced.
