1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix until blended. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Blend into creamed mixtur. Add the mashed bananas. Add chocolate chips.
Line 18-24 muffin tins with paper lines. Fill 2/3 full with muffin batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
