I finished two of the basic baby hats already
These are so quick to knit and very rewarding. I am going to send these to the Jackson Recovery Center's Women and Children's Center. Many of the women going through treatment are pregnant. They're trying to straighten out their lives. I think it's only fair to give those babies and children a little extra chance to get started out on the right foot. Some lucky baby will have a comfy little hat to cover his or her head.

If you'd like to help me by knitting baby hats or even better yet, by knitting blankets for infants to teens, I'd be forever indebted to you for your kindness. Just drop me a line.
I have been searching for a couple hours now trying to find a Christmas Hat pattern for a newborn or premie baby. I am knitting for our local NICU. I want a pattern using either baby yarn or sport yarn - not worsted. I would like a pointed top to put a tassle on top. Maybe long enough to flip over a little. Can you help?

Here I was looking for a good baby hat pattern and I couldn't believe it- There was your pattern!
Thank you so much for posting. I looked for you on Ravelry, but didn't find you. So finding you vis-a-vis this pattern was a lovely surprise.

Perfect little hats! Perfect for Knit One Save One project.
BTW, I love the Halloween costume. Head in a bowl... genius.
