People make things so hard. They complicate everything. Then when they want a change, they want instant gratification. They want a magic pill. Guess what? There is no magic pill. It turns out you got to do the work.
But I'm here to tell you that it's as simple as diet and exercise (or as I prefer to think of it: nutrition and movement).
I don't spend hours each day working out, sweating, running and lifting weights. I don't obsess about every little thing I have to eat. I have my at-home workout videos I follow (I'm doing a program now that is a mere 30-minutes a day) and a really well-rounded whole food-based nutrition plan with tons of nutrition and REAL food (not food product) that I eat. Water, protein, vegetables, healthy carbs, fruit, and healthy fats. Plus I get my daily dose of dense nutrition. That's all there is to it.
I do the same habits every single day.
It's not easy, but it's simple!
